Serving as Chief Financial Officer for Insight Global, Chi has had a broad range of responsibilities in highly complex organizations. Core to Chi is her passion for people, talent development and mentorship. She has over 26 years of Finance experience, including 11 years as CFO partnering closely with the CEO, Board, and investors leading dynamic, fast paced multi-billion dollar revenue growth-oriented companies through transformative mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and operational excellence to scale. Chi has worked closely with Brand Energy and Infrastructure and EmployBridge Holdings’ Boards, participated in the Board’s Audit Committee meetings and led the company’s earnings calls with investors for 16 years. Chi graduated from the University of Virginia – McIntire School of Commerce in 1995 with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. She is also a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program, GE’s Experienced Finance Leadership Program and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Glen Finnson is a retired executive with 35 years of Technical, Operations and Leadership experience in the energy sector where he held large executive-level portfolios in Safety, Security, Health, Environment and Regulatory Affairs, in addition to Leadership Development. He began his journey in these areas in the late 1990’s and has invested heavily in his personal development throughout the remainder of his career. Glen is an Engineering graduate from the University of Manitoba and has completed the Operations Leadership Program at Queens University, as well as Executive programs from Queens University and Harvard. He has an extensive history developing leaders and helping them to bring out the best in their workforce in challenging environments. In his last posting, Glen worked with SCCi to develop a custom Leadership development program employing the use of Behavioural Science to accelerate and enhance the Leadership capability of the company’s 500+ leaders.
