Coaching for Culture Change
SCCi’s Leadership Coaching Program is an individualized coaching journey, with each leader in the program receiving a personal SCCi leadership coach, working closely together to build leadership habits that align with your company’s needs and the most current science on behaviour change.

Leadership Alignment:
- SCCi works with personnel at all levels of the organization to build Behaviour Maps that drill down from your key results areas to the high impact behaviours of workers and leaders. This activity forms the basis of Field Coaching.
Leadership Surveys:
- Leaders receive an initial and exit 360° survey, as well as a mid-point pulse survey, used to assess strengths, opportunities, and progress toward goals throughout the coaching program.
Field Coaching:
- Our coaching takes place at the workplace and not in an artificial environment. Field Coaching has proven to be the fastest, most effective, behaviour shaping methodology and the least disruptive to day-to-day business activity.
Applied Behavioural Science (ABS) Training:
- SCCi coaches work with individual leaders and groups of leaders to transfer knowledge of the science behind learning and performance (ABS). Leaders learn to use simple and efficient tools to improve performance and build habits in themselves and those around them.
