Stephen Quesnelle is an accomplished executive, field coach, professional facilitator, published author and keynote speaker with over 25 years of experience. Stephen specializes in change management and lasting culture change. He has an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, is a Lean Sigma Green Belt, certified behaviourist, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is certified in several psychological tools such as Human Factors, Myers Briggs (MBTI), Emotional Intelligence (EQi) and TKI Conflict Modes.
Geoff Smith has over 30 years of experience blending his successful track record of business leadership, mentoring other business leaders and coaching into his unique blend of “moaching”. Geoff has been a guest lecturer at the Queens school of business in their executive MBA program, and has worked with organizations around the globe to create lasting culture change. He is an Electronics Technologist, certified flight instructor and certified behaviourist.
Dr. Nic Weatherly is a globally recognized expert in applied behaviour science with over 15 years of success leading progressive people operations and culture change. Nic has been published in numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications, co-authored the book Deliberate Coaching, and has given or contributed to nearly 100 scholarly presentations and workshops worldwide on training, safety, and leadership topics. Nic has a Master’s and Ph.D. in behaviour analysis from Western Michigan University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral®.
Mike Daley is an executive, field coach and consultant with 35 years of Leadership experience in the energy sector where he held large executive level portfolios in Production, Maintenance, Turnarounds, Safety, Security, Health, Environment and Regulatory Affairs. Mike holds a Certificate in Construction Administration from the University of Alberta and completed the Production Operations Management executive program with the University of Western Ontario.
Kim Morton is an experienced manager and strategist with over 25 years of industry administrative experience. Kim’s expertise is in human resources, systems efficiency, billing, and business administration.

Alana Walsh is a certified executive coach, Lego™ Strategic Play Facilitator and keynote speaker. She is a natural connector who facilitates change in people and organizations by heightening self-awareness and improving communication. Alana holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University and a certificate in executive coaching from Royal Roads University. Alana is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Anne T. Roberts is an executive coach, strategic facilitator, and organizational development consultant with over 25 years of experience. She partners with her clients to create solutions and deliver on their change agendas. Anne holds an Honours BSc from Trent University and studied at the NTL (National Training Laboratories) Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. She holds certificates in Cultural Transformation Tools®; Change Navigator®; Change Style Indicator®; Influence Style Indicator®; and Legacy Leadership®. Anne is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Cheryl Joslin has over three decades of corporate experience as a consultant and facilitator. Cheryl is a trained and certified facilitator from McDonald’s University, as well as a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. She obtained a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and holds certifications in emotional intelligence EQi-2.0 & EQi-360 assessment tools, a Senn-Delaney Master Coach Diploma, and a Consulting for Win-Win Stephen Covey Diploma. Cheryl is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Dianne Quinton is a certified coach with extensive experience in communications, leadership development, change management, facilitation, and team building. Dianne has diplomas in Business Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and in Corporate Community Relations from Boston College. She is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQi), the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Powerful Professionals, Facilitation Skills and True Colours Personality Dimensions. Dianne is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Erika Mohle is a certified executive coach, registered Psychologist and certified Hakomi therapist with extensive experience helping individuals and organizations achieve real, observable, positive change through leadership coaching. Erika holds a Master of Science degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Gerard Alberts is a certified leadership coach, consultant, and executive with over 25 years of diverse experience across government, academia, and industry. Gerard is a registered Psychologist in the Province of Alberta, and he holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Calgary. His certifications include the Leadership Circle, Retirement Planning, the Birkman Leadership Assessment, Mediation and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
Goldie Hartford is an experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in industries such as healthcare, energy, finance, and has served in the Canadian Armed Forces. She holds a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching (Royal Roads University), is a Certified Project Management Professional, and holds certifications in Computer Science and Information Systems. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Ila Edgar is a leadership coach, relationship builder, and an energetic workshop facilitator, presenter, and conference-speaker with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Social Media from the University of San Francisco and a certificate in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Calgary. Ila is certified in the Daring Way™, Dare to Lead™, Emotional Intelligence (EQi), the Leadership Circle, the Leadership Culture Survey, and Resilience @ Work (R@W®). Jean Bonneau is a bilingual (English / French) executive and professional field coach with over 30 years of experience delivering customized programs on stress management, leadership, and safety to leading Canadian organizations. He holds an MBA from UQAM and an Executive MBA from the University of Paris. Dr. Karene Saad is a committed and experienced leader with expertise in leadership strategy, establishing compelling visions and delivering results. Karene holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University and a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Ottawa. Karene has had an extensive career within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) where she worked in different functions advising top management, as well as experience at the global law enforcement agency – INTERPOL.
Lori Curtiss is a Certified Financial Behavior Specialist®, Certified Financial Planner®, and a Maslow Certified Leadership Coach with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a consultant, Lori has developed customized coaching programs for leaders of all levels in an organization. She holds an MBA in Financial Psychology and Behavioural Finance from Creighton University.
Martin Wouterse is a field coach and senior leader with over 30 years of experience. A master electrician by trade, Martin has extensive experience in facilities maintenance, fire safety systems, emergency response and plant turnarounds. Throughout his career he became known for his energetic and passionate commitment to both safety and the development of others via operational discipline. Martin holds a Master Electrical Certification from Keyano College and he was certified as a field coach at Suncor.
Sandra Brooks is a certified coach who has worked in fast-paced and complex organizational structures across various levels of management in both the private and public sectors. Sandra earned her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) and Bachelor of Education degrees from Queen’s University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and is a LEADS Canada Coach. Sandra is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Sherry MacEachern is a certified executive coach, health coach, and success principles trainer. Sherry’s passion and expertise is in helping people overcome barriers, maximize their potential, and achieve their personal and professional goals. She has a Bachelor's degree in business administration and 20 years' experience in finance, administration and leadership development.
Taz Weljie is a leadership coach and global strategy consultant with over 15 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, Process Improvement, and Project Management spanning six countries (Canada, China, Guyana, Japan, UK, and the US). Taz holds a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from Acadia University, a Master’s of International Public Relations from Cardiff University, a Certificate of Health Service Transformation (Change Management) from Teeside University and is a Certified Leadership Empowerment Coach and an associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
