Safety Health Checkup:
- The Safety Health Checkup (SHC) is a comprehensive on-site review of your safety practices and behaviours. A SHC can be completed within one week and forms the basis of our work together.
Safety Field Coaching:
SCCi’s offers a customized version of our Leadership Coaching program that focuses on safety leadership, working with individuals and groups of leaders to build safe habits that align with your company’s needs. Building coach-coachee relationships ensures the sustainability of critical safety practices, helping each leader find the best ways to maximize the performance of themselves and those around them.
- Leadership Alignment:
- SCCi works with personnel at all levels of the organization to build Behaviour Maps that drill down from your key results areas to the high impact behaviours of workers and leaders. This activity forms the basis of Field Coaching.
- Leadership Surveys:
- Leaders receive an initial and exit 360° survey, as well as a mid-point pulse survey, used to assess strengths, opportunities, and progress toward goals throughout the coaching program.
